Shipping & returns

The goods ordered at ompak.nl will be delivered to the address indicated by you at home and abroad. You will receive a track&trace code via e-mail to follow the shipment. Goods ordered before 12:00 are normally delivered the next day (in the Netherlands and if in stock or otherwise indicated) in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the Netherlands regarding distance selling. Exceptions are products that require processing such as personalisation or name and number printing and products that need to be reordered from the supplier. Should the product be temporarily sold out or undeliverable, you will automatically be notified.

MISSED DELIVERY?

Were you not at home when the deliveryman arrived? Then the deliveryman left a card in your letterbox with a delivery code.

PRICES

For the delivery of your order under €200,00 within the Netherlands, we charge €15,- as standard. Shipping costs to other countries differ per country. If you change the delivery address in the shopping cart, the shipping costs will be adjusted automatically. (For all orders above €200,00, no shipping costs are charged provided the delivery address is in the Netherlands!)

Additional shipping costs may apply for shipments abroad. The exact cost is calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Please feel free to contact us for a free quote.

RETURNS

Returns are possible. For a full refund, it is important that the goods are in their original state and, if reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You have a 30-day cooling-off period after receiving your purchase. If you wish to return something, you can do so via your local Service Point. The direct cost of returning the goods is for your account.

Returns can be made in 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Pack your order in the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box.

Don't forget to include the enclosed packing slip or a copy of it. If you have lost the packing slip, please enclose a note with the order number. Without an order number, return processing may be delayed.

Step 2: Prepare online and deliver your parcel to a nearest Service Point.

Go to the website of your chosen carrier, create shipping order, pay and print the shipping receipt. Attach it to the shipping package.

Step 3: You will receive a shipping receipt.

This dispatch note contains a barcode and an internet address where you can track your package. Keep it until we have processed your return! You will automatically receive an e-mail as soon as we have processed your return.

Can I exchange my order?

If you want a different product or size, we advise you to place a new order on the site. That way you will receive the new product faster.

Do I need to print anything out?

There is no need to print anything out. We ask you to clearly state the reason for the return on the enclosed packing slip and put it in the return parcel. However, it is not compulsory to provide a reason.

How long does it take to get my money back?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have processed your return. After you inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount of the returned products to your account or credit card as soon as possible (on average 24 hours), but at the latest within 14 days.

What about the discount?

If you have ordered more than 1 item, the discount is divided in proportion to the price of the items. If you cancel or return an item, the discount on that item is cancelled. If you return everything, the entire discount will be forfeited.

What about shipping costs?

Paid shipping costs will not be refunded, shipping costs are always for your own account if it is an error on our part. If, after a partial return, the remaining total amount falls below the shipping threshold of 200 euros, we will deduct the shipping costs from the return amount.

Where is my parcel when I drop it off?

If you have deposited the return at your local service point, it will be collected in the afternoon. The parcel will then be taken to a depot for sorting. It will then be brought back to us. When we process the return, we will automatically notify you. We are therefore dependent on the carrier, but always strive to process returns as quickly as possible.

Legal right of withdrawal

We would also like to draw your attention to the legal right of withdrawal (however, our standard reflection period is already 30 days). In the Netherlands, you always have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or by e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form(download) for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
